After an initial consultation, a $2,500 deposit is required to secure a future build spot and start the design process (this will be applied towards the build cost). Once the design is finalized we require a deposit of 1/3 of the total build cost to order supplies and start the project. A second payment of 1/3 of the build cost is due half way through the build, with the final balance due upon delivery of the completed van. The project schedule and payment dates will be confirmed when the design is finalized. Please note that all custom orders specific to your project are payable at the time of the order being placed.
A typical van conversion will take about 4 - 5 months start to finish, including design, sourcing supplies and construction. Many of the components used in a build are shipped from overseas, so we need to allow for shipping and processing time.
We stand behind our products and will assist you as quickly as possible if there is an issue with your build. We provide a three year warranty on our workmanship. Other build components or accessories are covered per the manufacturer’s warranty.
